1. Demonstration service
BioTrack Earth is an evidence platform in commercial development. Features, records, calculations and demonstrations may change. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, demonstration access is provided for evaluation only.
2. Authorised use
Users must access only projects and evidence they are authorised to view, provide accurate information, protect their account and avoid uploading unlawful, malicious or irrelevant material.
3. Evidence and decisions
BioTrack organises evidence and records decisions. It does not make supplied information true, verify environmental claims, certify carbon removal or automatically issue carbon credits. Final technical, legal, assurance and verification decisions remain with appropriately authorised people or organisations.
4. Artificial intelligence
Artificial-intelligence outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. They are recommendations for human review and must not be treated as professional advice, verification or an autonomous approval.
5. Customer content
Users remain responsible for having authority to upload project files and personal data. Ownership of customer content is not transferred merely by uploading it. BioTrack may process that content only to provide, secure and improve the agreed service, subject to the applicable contract.
6. Intellectual property
The BioTrack software, design, evidence structures, scoring approaches and platform materials remain protected intellectual property. No licence to copy, reverse engineer, resell or create a competing derivative is granted except where a signed agreement says otherwise.
7. Availability and liability
The prototype may be changed, suspended or withdrawn. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Commercial liability, service levels, warranties, data responsibilities and remedies must be defined in the relevant signed agreement.
8. Governing law
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
