BioTrack uses only technologies needed to host the public website, secure protected workspaces and authenticate authorised users. Optional advertising and marketing cookies are not part of the present build.

Hosting and authentication providers may use cookies or comparable storage to maintain a secure session, prevent abuse, route requests and protect authorised content. These are necessary for the requested service.
Analytics and marketing
Optional analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking must not be activated without a documented cookie audit, an updated policy and a compliant consent mechanism where required.
Your controls
Browser settings can block or delete cookies, although blocking necessary technologies may prevent sign-in or private-platform functions from working.
Updates
This policy must be reviewed whenever analytics, embedded media, customer-management tools or new service providers are introduced.
